Information we collect
We collect the information you provide through enquiry forms and PSR Concierge conversations, including your name, contact details, property interests, preferences and message. We may also collect limited first-party session context needed to operate and improve the service, such as the page used to start an enquiry and active browsing time. We do not use this context to infer sensitive personal characteristics.
Anonymous website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand visits and improve the website experience. This may record an anonymous browser and session identifier, pages visited, section visibility, scroll depth, clicks or taps, time on page, referring website, broad device category and country supplied by our infrastructure provider. The analytics tracker does not record names, contact details, form contents, chat messages, typed text or IP addresses, and it does not run on protected management pages. Analytics events are retained for no longer than 13 months.
PSR Concierge and automated assistance
PSR Concierge uses artificial intelligence and rule-based matching to help organise a property search, prepare a private client brief and identify when a visitor has explicitly asked to be contacted. Recommendations are planning aids, not automated legal, lending, valuation or investment decisions. Live inventory, pricing, projected returns, distances, service charges, finance and eligibility must be confirmed by a human advisor and the relevant provider.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested property services, personalise the consented search, generate and email a requested private brief, route conversations to the appropriate advisor, maintain service records and—with consent—provide relevant updates. PSR Concierge does not upload a lead until contact permission is provided.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with authorised service providers and business systems used to deliver the requested service. Private briefs are sent to the email supplied by the client and are not exposed as public website downloads. Records are retained only for a defined business or legal purpose.
Your choices
You may decline the guided finder, close PSR Concierge at any time, enable a browser Do Not Track preference, or request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable requirements. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.
